Where liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, the total aggregate liability of ef7777 to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ef7777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered Users will be notified via: (a) a prominent notice published on the ef7777 platform homepage; and/or (b) an email notification to the registered address on the User's account, where applicable.

Continued use of the ef7777 platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes the User's acceptance of those amended Terms.
